Online Transactions Policy

While Florida Prosperity Partnership, commonly known as FPP, always hopes you are delighted with the benefits gained through a financial transaction with the coalition entity, it is understandable there may be rare occasions when a return is required.  

Transactions must be reversed within fourteen (14) days of the initial transaction to be eligible for a refund.  You will be issued with a credit note for any transaction after this time frame.

FPP is not responsible for interest charges placed upon a transaction by your credit card company while waiting for a refund to be returned to your account.
