1) the CARES Act
2) the Governor’s Order
3) the CDC Moratorium
This informative session will also aim to shed light on frequently encountered problems for underprivileged tenants in Florida. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions of Attorney Parra during the 75-minute Special Edition session.
About the Guest Expert and Attorney, Camilo Parra, Esq.
Camilo spent his three years of law school and first two years of practicing law advocating for the homeless and underprivileged communities of Central Florida. Camilo would spend Monday through Friday at homeless shelters, resource centers, behavioral health programs, and rehab facilities meeting with the disabled in hopes of getting them on to governmental programs so that they may break the cycle of homelessness.
Now serving as housing attorney at the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, Inc., Camilo understands what is at stake for Florida tenants during these unprecedented times.
