Join your peers for a conversation on the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) season. VITA is an important program that provides qualifying tax payers with free tax return preparation. The success of VITA season depends upon people and systems. Establishing VITA sites, securing volunteers, awareness and utilization of available resources, and marketing VITA no-cost tax preparation services to individuals who qualify are all part of this process. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from VITA facilitators who know the ins and outs of building impactful VITA initiatives. Ask questions, share insights, and have meaningful discussions about lessons learned. Whether you are part of an organization looking to build a VITA initiative now or in the future or an individual interested in volunteering as a greeter or IRS Certified tax preparer, this is a terrific opportunity to participate in meaningful conversations with peers about all things VITA.
PLEASE NOTE: All vehicles must be parked on the farthest west side of the building. The parking spaces in front of the building are reserved for CSC staff and other tenants only. Please see parking diagram herein. Thank you.
