About the Guest Experts

Robert R. West, Jr. is the Community Development Manager of Central & North Florida for TD Bank and has been in banking for 18 years.  Before banking, Mr. West was in retail management for 5 years with big box and athletic retailers.  Mr. West is also an adjunct business professor and has an interest in organizational learning, personal development, and diversity.

Mr. West specializes in consulting diverse communities on the lending opportunities for home ownership and small business & commercial banking solutions.  Also, seeks non-profit partnerships with a strategic focus on creating a more inclusive future in the areas of Financial Security, Vibrant Planet, Connected Communities and Better Health in underserved communities.

Veteran status includes 5 years in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve as a combat engineer and 3 years active duty as a recruiter.  Mr. West separated from the Marine Corps with the rank of Staff Sergeant (E-6).

Mr. West played collegiate lacrosse and holds a BS in Education from Liberty University (VA) and a MEd in Instruction from the University of Virginia.  Mr. West is currently an EdD candidate in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University (AZ) and his dissertation topic is on the correlation of cultural intelligence (CQ) and sales performance.

Ravi Bickram is the Store Manager & Vice President of Longwood, FL.  Mr. Bickram has been with TD Bank for 8 years and is a business leader in Central Florida.  Before TD Bank, Mr. Bickram was in the real estate industry and has a wealth of knowledge in residential lending.

Mr. Bickram is a community leader and volunteers his time as a United Way VITA Representative.  Other community activities includes assisting organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the Sharing Center, Florida Housing Coalition, and Special Olympics.  Mr. Bickram is an avid runner and loves to run 5K races to support various charities.

Alberto Saez is an experienced banker & lender with over 25 years of experience in retail, business, and commercial products.  As Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for Central Florida, Mr. Saez’s main role is to identify, solicit, develop, and expand business relationships in the market.

Mr. Saez has a goal of adding value with a consultative approach that offers a full range of loan, deposit, and non-interest income services to existing and prospective business clients.  Mr. Saez is committed to the community and he is involved with Florida Consumer, Prospera, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando.
