As we, as community leaders and Financial Capability practitioners, look at the new post-COVID economy, there will be so many continued changes in the ways people work, and for whom they work.  These impending shifts will require the workforce to be better prepared to participate in the economy in new ways.  This preparation for their future will require new knowledge, higher skills and expanded acumen.

Join FPP and Heart of Florida United Way, with United Against Poverty leaders as an instrumental part of the conversation, as many of the region’s leaders in developing workplace skills convene to share resources and strategies for preparing Central Florida workers for the economic shift.
