The next public meeting of the Financial Literacy and Education Commission (FLEC) will be held on October 13, 2021, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The meeting will be webcast here:  www.yorkcast.com/treasury/events/2021/10/13/FLEC. 

Under Secretary of the Treasury for Domestic Finance Nellie Liang will chair the meeting on behalf of Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen.  Invited speakers include Richard Cordray, Chief Operating Officer, Federal Student Aid, U.S. Department of Education and a panel of other federal agency experts on financial education.
