• Discussions about Benefit Cliffs and the role our community can continue to play.

• Advisers from the Atlanta Federal Reserve will present information on recently passed
Florida legislation pertaining to benefit cliffs.

• They will also provide an overview of a new tool that has been developed to help
individuals, employers and non-profits understand the current structure of benefits
and the impact on career advancement.

• Participants will be able to ask questions and engage with the panelists.

• Join the community conversation to help improve the economic vitality and talent
needs of employers in our region.
