We are launching the CFPB Engagement and Policy Fellowship as a way to enhance our expertise on consumer financial products and services that affect American consumers today. CFPB Policy Fellows will develop new policies and strategies that support the Bureau’s mission to ensure that the markets for consumer financial services are fair, transparent, and competitive. 

Fellowships are available at a variety of experience levels. Leading or serving on cross functional teams, fellows will serve as subject matter experts on issues facing economically vulnerable consumers. Preferred candidates will have experience with:

• Consumer advocacy and engagement campaigns
• Policy analysis and development
• Public engagement or issue-based campaigns
