Please join the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for a webinar to reach those still eligible for the Economic Impact Payments (EIP) authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act).   

IRS is in the final stage of a sweeping outreach and public awareness campaign on the EIP. The EIP can be up to $1,200 per eligible individual.

In this webinar, the IRS will provide important information about the EIP, including updates on actions the IRS is taking to help all qualified individuals receive their EIP before the October 15, 2020 deadline.

The FDIC will offer resources and highlight opportunities to expand the availability and usage of low-cost transaction accounts tailored to meet the needs of unbanked individuals.

We will offer safe and secure ways to help people – even when they might not have a bank account.
