You are invited to participate in a free CFPB FinEx Webinar entitled:
New Youth Financial Education Resources
Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 2-3:15 pm ET
It’s back-to-school season—during the coronavirus pandemic—and this combination is posing a challenge for many educators and parents. In this webinar, CFPB staff present new research on youth financial education and introduce you to new classroom activities. Parents, educators, and financial practitioners who work to improve the financial well-being of youth or young adults can learn about virtual resources to support financial education.
The Foundation for Financial Planning will share how it helps families and individuals deal with financial challenges including how it currently helps those whose finances are impacted by the coronavirus pandemic through pro bono financial services. The foundation matches Certified Financial Planners with people who need pro bono financial planning services. The Foundation provides help to wounded veterans, domestic violence survivors, struggling single parents, people with serious illnesses, and many others.
